Chevallier Brewing
Chevallier Brewing is based on the Norfolk / Suffolk border, right in the heart of barley growing country.
All our beers are made with the world renowned Chevallier Barley, first grown in Suffolk by our 3x great grandfather 200 years ago.
Our brewers blend this heritage grain with modern hops and state of the art technology in our super modern little brewery.
Be it one of our lagers, kegs, cask ales or nitro stout, each is brewed to be a charming companion to any drinking occasion.
The Mac Factory
This is SERIOUS gourmet Mac n Cheese. All their Mac’s come with our mouth-watering classic cheese blend of Mature Cheddar and Mozzarella, topped with their famous signature Parmesan and Thyme crumble.
BBQ Dept
Indulging in the best of British BBQ with these mouthwatering pulled meats, ribs and perfectly seasoned hand cut fries.
Cheeky Burgers
Cheeky Burger have a bit of a cult following across London, and for good reason – they do some of the best burgers in town. Awarded Best Burger at the British Street Food Awards 2016, and finalist in 2017, TimeOut Recommended 2018, London Cheap Eats 2017.
Deadgood Burritos
At DeadGood Burrito we pride ourselves on delivering delicious scratch made Mexican street food. We make all of our signature sauces and marinades fresh in house and we only use the best local meat and fresh produce that we can get our hands on.
We marinate all of our meats for 24 hrs and then chargrill them to order for maximum flavour.
We also have some delicious veggie and vegan options too and because all of our food is made to order, we can cater for most dietary requirements including gluten free.
The Duck Shed
The Duck Shed offers a unique eating experience as they don’t serve duck in the traditional way. They make our own sauces and jams, with duck burgers, wraps and salads for a lighter option.
WaffleStick
They’ve fed the teams at the likes of Facebook, Disney and Youtube – and we’re proud to have them provide the best waffles going to our dear Roosters. Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, WaffleStick offer a quirky, unique take on the standard Belgian Waffle. Served with delicious luxury sauces and a selection of toppings, build your own menu and create an indulgent treat!
Baba Dhaba
Baba Dhaba is a Pakistani street food brand adding a bit of spice to some foodie classics. We will be serving up some proper Fried Chicken/Aubergine but Asian style in a crispy gluten-free seasoned batter, on masala chips with a heavy portion of apple & turmeric slaw with some flavourful homemade sauces to add, our favourite is the Tikka Mayo and Hot mango combination
The Cabin
Norfolk boys 'The Cabin' are cooking up the finest tacos - with twists and unexpected turns, you won't want to stop at just one!
Minty's Icecream
Meet Minty, our beautifully restored 1964 vintage VW ice cream van! Scooping only the finest award-winning artisan ice cream & sorbets, made locally by hand, using seasonal ingredients, free from artificial colours & flavours. Our dairy ice cream is made with milk from herds who graze lush pastures on sustainable farms, we also offer fantastic plant-based ice cream.
Ravenous Fudge
The incredible Colchester Fudge makers, located at the main stage, are the solution to all our sweet tooth needs. Kids and adults alike go mad for their incredible flavours and there’s nothing like a natural sugar boost to keep you dancing longer at Red Rooster!
Tudor Almonds
Serving up their award-winning caramelised nuts for the past 16 years, this red rooster staple is on hand at the main stage as always; the perfect accompaniment to a few tipples.
