The Black Eyed Dogs (Feat. Ethan Johns)
The Black Eyed Dogs feature the polymath Ethan Johns. Ethan is a renowned producer (Paul McCartney, King Of Leon, Laura Marling, Ryan Adams ) but has always been a great singer , songwriter and multi-instrumentalist.

Sunny Ozell, the New York City songstress, developed her craft over a decade plus of performing and collaborating with some of the city’s best session musicians. Sunny’s powerful voice effortlessly weaves together the elements of jazz, blues, and Americana roots that infuse her music.
William The Conqueror
Cornwall trio William the Conqueror head to Red Rooster for the first time, having picking up praise from far flung corners. Ruarri Joseph’s debut album, Proud Disturber of the Peace, was released in 2017 to widespread critical acclaim and was shortlisted for the 2018 UK Americana Awards “UK Album of the Year”.
Birds of Chicago
Birds of Chicago join us for 2019, playing a sparse and ethereal mix of country and blues built around the magical chemistry of Allison Russell and JT Nero.
Robert Vincent is an award-winning singer/songwriter from Liverpool – having received the inaugural Emerging Artist Award from “Whispering” Bob Harris in 2016 and UK Americana Music Association’s UK Album of The Year in 2018.

The Legendary Shack Shakers’ hell-for-leather roadshow has earned quite a name for itself with its unique brand of Southern Gothic and swampy “hillbilly blues” that is all-at-once irreverent, lyrical, dangerous, and fun.
The young Austin, Texas singer-songwriter Carson McHone makes her debut Red Rooster performance in 2019. The Loose records signing shows off her incredible display of country music, with Rolling Stone Magazine selecting her album “Carousel” as one of the “40 Best Country and Americana Albums of 2018.”
Powersolo enjoy great respect on the international rock and roll scene, where words like cult and legendary are often used when the band is mentioned. John J Presley
Growing up in the West Midlands, this was where began to play and tread the boards in various line ups before stepping out directly under his own name. Citing influences from Son House to Mogwai, Alice Coltrane to Nick Cave; The Dirty Three to Duke Garwood, he has developed his own unique sound and forged his own path. Tone, valve amps and pedals are his penchant – an area he now works in at a professional level when not on the road or in the studio.

A long standing resident as both a DJ and one of Blues Kitchen’s house band members, George’s eclectic vinyl mixes of Soul, Funk and R’n’B has taken him across Europe, North America and Asia to perform. Closer to home he can be found regularly performing across London venues, playing records most recently found on his travels.
